Jorge knows how to keep production moving in demanding environments—difficult terrains, challenging installs, harsh weather, and schedules that require steady, decisive leadership. He has managed crews through some of the industry’s toughest conditions and earned a reputation for his strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to solve problems in the field when it matters most.</p> <p data-start="1667" data-end="1982">Jorge leads with a practical, grounded approach shaped by years in the field. He believes dependable infrastructure is built by experienced crews, clear direction, and attention to the details that keep networks strong long after the job is done. His focus is on building strong networks that support the communities who rely on them every day.</p> <p data-start="1667" data-end="1982">When he’s not working, Jorge enjoys playing golf, collecting baseball cards, and spending time with his family.</p>
