He has managed crews through some of the industry’s toughest conditions and earned a reputation for his strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to solve problems in the field when it matters most.

Jorge leads with a practical, grounded approach shaped by years in the field. When he’s not working, Jorge enjoys playing golf, collecting baseball cards, and spending time with his family.
